This Privacy Policy is applicable only to the website web www.hprc.it so that PLABER S.R.L. therefore declines all and any liability for the way personal data are processed by third party websites linked through the Cookie section or any other links that may be present on the website.

According to the law, personal data should be processed pursuant to principles of fairness, legality and transparency in order to protect the privacy of the user and the rights thereof.

PLABER S.R.L. undertakes to comply with the above principles and accordingly hereby informs you that - other than in the case of processing for which, by law, your consent is expressly required - when you browse this website, download or provide your personal details, you accept and agree to accept the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. In order to provide the service requested, some data will be shared with external companies who are asked to carry out specific tasks on behalf of our company (e.g. couriers, web agencies, marketing consultants, professionals, etc.). The data controller undertakes to ensure the security of personal data by taking all the necessary IT and physical measures to protect the personal data you provide. No security system can however guarantee full and certain protection; therefore, without prejudice to any liability due to negligence of the data controller, PLABER S.R.L. declines all and any liability for the actions carried out by third parties who abusively access systems without the necessary authorisations.


List of the Main Personal Data Processing Activities on the Website.

1) Unregistered users may browse this website. Only registered users may however purchase products from the on-line store. No personal data are obtained if you simply browse the website. The use of cookies does however allow us to collect information that the user does not provide directly. This data is stored with computerised systems for a specific period of time, that depends of the type of cookies installed (Cookie Policy);

2) When you fill in the form called “CONTACTS”, you provide your identification details (name, surname, company name, address, city, area code, etc.). Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing this data is therefore optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to provide the service requested. This data is processed in order to provide the information requested from the user, through computerised systems. The data provided are stored only until the service requested has been completed.

3) When you fill in the form called “SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER”, you provide your identification details (e-mail). Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing this data is therefore optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to provide the service requested. The scope of processing such personal data is to send the user advertising messages and improve the service offered, and processing is carried out through computerised systems. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link “deleted” at the bottom of all our advertising messages, or by writing to the addresses indicated in the section “general information!. The data provided are stored until the user revokes its consent.

4) Click on “RATE US” on the main menu, to rate us. When you fill in the contact form, you provide your personal details (name, surname, address, etc., etc.) together with images of the product you purchase. Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing such data is therefore optional. Should you not provide these details, we will not be able to provide the service in question, which consists of sending you a free product, nor send advertising messages if you have expressly agreed to receive the same. Your details are processed with computerised systems and you may request that the details you have provided be deleted at any time, simply by contacting the addresses indicated in the “general information” section. In sending you the free gift, the personal details we have obtained will be stored for a period of ten years, for purposes of legal protection in the event of disputes. In the case of advertising messages, you may revoke your authorisation allowing us to process the same at any time, simply by contacting the above addresses.

5) Only registered users over the age of 18 may purchase products on-line. When you fill in the form called “REGISTER”, you provide your identification details (type of customer, name, surname, gender, address, tax code, email, telephone number, etc.). Providing your personal details stems from a contractual obligation, given that only registered users may purchase the products. Providing this data is in any case optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to meet your order. This data is processed in order to meet your order, or to forward advertising messages, subject to your express consent. Click on “Your Area” of the menu in the top right hand corner of the homepage in order to display your “ACCOUNT” with all the details entered by you at the time of registration. You may edit or delete your account in the section “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT”. This data is processed with computerised systems and, if you make a purchase, even in hardcopy format; your details will be stored for a period of ten years as set forth by law, when the period of limitation within which to enforce your rights in the case of disputes, expires.
5.1) Moreover, if you click on “MY ADDRESS BOOK” in the section “YOUR AREA”, you may enter a different address for delivery of the products you purchase, in order to improve the service requested. This is not mandatory, but if you do not provide this information we will not be able to make deliveries to any other address. Data will be processed with computerised systems or in hardcopy format; you may request that your details be deleted at any time by writing to the addresses indicated in the “general information” section of the Privacy Policy.

6) By clicking on “PRODUCTS” on the main menu of the homepage, you may view all the products offered to the public for purchase. Click on the image of a product to open a new page with a description of the specific features of the product, or fill in the form “REQUEST INFORMATION” to request more information. By filling in this form, you will be providing your personal identification details (name, surname, e-mail, etc.). Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. Providing this data is therefore optional, but if you do not fill in the mandatory fields, we may be unable to provide the service requested. This data is processed in order to provide the information requested from the user, through computerised systems. The data provided are stored only until the service requested has been completed.
6.1) When you click on “ADD TO CART” or “ADD TO YOUR WISHLIST”, you are expressing your preference for a specific product, and this personal data - which is crossed-referenced with other personal data provided previously - are used to improve the service offered and to send you advertising messages according to you preferences. Providing this data is not mandatory, but failure to indicate your preferences will make the service offered by the company less efficient. You may request the deletion of your data at any time simply by accessing “My Area” and then clicking on the relevant links, or by contacting us at the addresses indicated in the “General Information” section of this Privacy Policy.
6.2) When you fill in the section “COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER”, you purchase the product, and provide your personal data. The provision of these personal details stems from a contractual obligation, given that the purpose is the purchase of the product. Some personal details have already been entered at the time of registration (name, surname, address, etc.), while you will be asked to enter other details for the first time in this section (name of the credit card holder, credit card number, security code). Providing the above data is optional, but if you do not enter the mandatory data requested, we will be unable to process your order. Your data will also be processed to comply with tax and accounting obligations, in the case of returns, replacements and, more generally, to enforce the rights and obligations set forth by the contract. PLABER S.R.L. processes only the data provided at the time of registration, while the data provided when making payment are processed only by the bank that handles the payment procedure. The data processed for the purchase is carried out with automated systems and in hardcopy format. After your purchase, your data will be stored for a period of ten years from the date of the contract for purposes of legal protection in the case of disputes stemming from the contract.

7) Without prejudice to the regulations on cookies (which should be read for more information), this website does not provide an automated decision-making process for business profiling purposes (targeted marketing technology that includes the collection and processing of user data in order to understand the choices and behaviour of users, in order to subdivide their interests into “profiles”, or homogeneous groups by more specific behaviour or characteristics).
